Inverness Cathedral, also known as the Cathedral Church of Saint Andrew, is a cathedral of the Scottish Episcopal Church situated in the city of Inverness in Scotland close to the banks of the River Ness. It is the seat of the Bishop of Moray, Ross and Caithness, ordinary of the Diocese of Moray, Ross and Caithness.

The Cathedral is free to enter and is open 365 days a year, from dusk to dawn. A fully working Cathedral with a gathered congregation, Inverness Cathedral is the Mother Church for the Diocese of Moray, Ross & Caithness in the Scottish Episcopal Church. Daily worship is offered and has been from 1866 when the first worship took place. Free walk-around guide books are available in different languages. Visitors will be delighted by the stories of the history of the building as well as wider historic tales of Scotland from friendly and welcoming guides.

The Cathedral hosts a number of concerts, events, and exhibitions throughout the year.

Located within the grounds of the Cathedral, there is a Café & Shop, which is open 7 days per week all year round. The Café serves excellent coffee with home baking, homemade soup, and other lunch menus. The Café provides gluten-free and vegetarian food as well. Our Café staff are supported by volunteers and the Cafe operates on a social enterprise model, with volunteers gaining skills to equip them for employment and to support confidence building, along with young volunteers working towards their Saltire Awards and Duke of Edinburgh Awards.
